When you have no idea what to write about, you try to squeeze your brain with wise things to say, it is exactly like when someone dies and you are trying to comfort your friend, or when anything bad happens and you have no idea what to say to make it better, you try to squeeze every last bit of your brain to say something appropriate and not sound stupid, but it does not come out and you end up saying something stupid instead.
Aaah stress, ruins many things. In many stressful situations the advice you get is “relax, be yourself”, the thing is we confine ourselves with so many rules so when we come to apply this advice we try to do what we see right, not what we truly are, we want to be ideal, we want to be the best so we blow it. However if we actually literally followed this advice and become ourselves in these stressful situations, we would stand out, we would excel because we are unique, not just unique but we are best at being ourselves.
We become stressed because we believe that we are not good enough to deal with a certain situation, and stress is our panic response. Truth is we can overcome anything if we set our mind to it, if we overcome the stress and believe in ourselves. We are more prone to give up if we keep stressing out. Take me for an example, I have stressed out over many things, and never accomplished anything, one of the things that I never accomplished was losing weight, weight the misery of every woman, I have always started a diet, got stressed out and gained the weight back, recently I decided to take it easy, just cut out carbs and even if I mess up I would not stress out, and that is working perfectly for me.
Make things work for you the way you want them, don’t force it to work on different terms that would push you to stress over it, accept both outcomes the success and the fail, if you fail it is not the end of the world, better luck next time, try again it will work out eventually.
