Walking around with that carefree lightweight feeling is one of the best feelings in the world, feeling free and happy like you have no care in the world is so wonderful. The thing is we weigh ourselves down with what we carry in our hearts, we carry hatred, anger, jealousy and expectation towards people and thats what weighs us down, our constant thoughts “that we deserve better” fills our heart is what drives us to early stages of depression.
Those who make you angry have their reason maybe not a convincing one but they do. You might have upset them in one way or another or maybe they misunderstood. There is also a chance that they have been having a bad day, or they just do not like you, it is bound, people have the right to not like one another, however, no one has the right to hurt someone, but they are allowed to not like them. You should not carry that in your heart, it happens and that is ok.
Always forgive and forget, for if you do not forget you did not fully forgive. How could you have forgotten when sometimes you remember that thing that upset you? give people more chances you never know you might be glad that you did, forgiveness is key, you cannot hold a grudge it will hurt you not them.
What you are and what you have is unique to who you are, if you want more work harder, its nobodies fault that this is what you have got, therefore jealousy is not a rational feeling.
Always always give excuses you have no idea what anyone is thinking. Purify your heart towards yourself and others, do not carry those heavy weights on your heart, set yourself free, for your own sake, it will make you a much happier person.
